We request you to please create a video before opening any of your order placed with Cobblers Cut Store.

Video must show the parcel, shipping label, and full unboxing in one continuous shot.

Without video proof, we will not be able to accept any claim for damaged, missing, or wrong items.

This helps us resolve issues quickly with our logistics team.

How to Return

Send us your order number + video proof within 7 days.

Once approved, send back the product you received from logistics to our return address.

Return Shipping is Free for defective, damaged, or wrong item.

Customer pays for size, color, or change of mind returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the product, refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.

Refund goes to the original payment method.
