2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

  • Prices are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.We accept Cash on Delivery and [add your payment methods: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash].

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, or fraud suspicion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days depending on your location in Pakistan.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Cobblers Cut Store is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics/courier company.

4. Returns, Refunds & Video Proof

  • Please see our full Refund & Return Policy. 

  • Key points:Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.You must return the exact same product that you received from the logistics partner.

  • Video proof is mandatory: We request you to please create a video before opening any of your order.

  •  Claims without video will not be accepted.

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.


5. Product Information

We try to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on Cobblers Cut Store including images, logos, and text is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cobblers Cut Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used only to process orders and improve your experience. We do not share your data with third parties except for delivery purposes.
